Tracey Welson-Rossman is on a mission to help girls understand that a future in technology can be exciting and rewarding and can transcend into nearly every field imaginable. She founded TechGirlz, a non-profit program dedicated to inspiring teenage girls to consider careers in technology. To date, 20,000 girls in 20 countries around the world have attended the organization’s free, interactive workshops led by industry professionals, community leaders, and students. Tracey is also the Founding Member and Chief Marketing Officer at Chariot Solutions, a leading Philadelphia-area enterprise application, and mobile development consulting firm. She is also a founding board member of Philly Startup Leaders.
