Twin sisters LaShone and RaeShawn Middleton are founders of R&L Crab, a crab delivery service. They were inspired to create the company after being laid off from their jobs at separate restaurants on the same day. Both women grew up in Maryland, where eating blue crabs is a popular tradition. They noticed that no one delivered the popular steamed crabs, so they started their own business!
