Kathy Catazaro-Perry is an advocate for the special needs community. She is the mom of six, the first female Mayor of the City of Massillon, Ohio, a former nurse, and an active member of her community. When one of Kathy’s children was born with Down Syndrome, she realized that the special needs population is often overlooked so she decided to take steps to make a difference. She co-founded a non-profit school for kids with special needs and also founded and currently coaches a cheer team for boys and girls with special needs! Listen in as she shares helpful advice for parents of special needs children and also provides insight into how she balances her busy life.
