Jessica Gartenstein is the co-founder of Frönen Foods, a gluten and dairy-free ice cream company that uses clean and simple ingredients. At the age of 23, Jessica teamed up with a fellow undergrad at the University of Chicago and the pair launched Frönen, which is now sold at 600+ retailers throughout the U.S. Listen in as Jessica shares her experience and what she has learned along the way.
